An AI answer can be fluent without being accurate. It may also misunderstand the task or supply details that sound reasonable but were never provided. Start with something you can independently evaluate.
Separate ideas from facts
Brainstorming a list of possible questions is different from establishing a fact. Mark which parts of an answer need evidence. If sources are offered, check that they exist and actually support the statement rather than merely discussing a similar topic.
Keep sensitive material out of experiments
Use fictional names and ordinary practice text. Do not paste passwords, identity documents or confidential messages to see what happens. Consider the information you are sharing before you upload it to any online service.
Choose the right level of reliance
A suggested wording change may be easy to review. Advice affecting an important decision requires a more suitable source or qualified assistance. Asking a tool whether it is certain is not a substitute for independent verification.
Try this yourself
Ask for a short explanation of a topic you already know, then identify any assumptions or unsupported details.
Check your understanding
What would you need to check before passing the explanation to someone else?
